Triation needed a logo that would represent the three business areas that formed the business name.  The illustration category is represented by the sketch-based look of the #1 die.  Since simulation programming is more about substance than style, we gave the #2 die a flat, solid design.  The animation category had to have a little flash, so the #3 die got a more 3D look with some nice shadows and highlights.  The design of the title text lends an understanding of how the name ties in with the business services provided by the company.
